This site is operated by Adaa Bazaar, 152-154, Ground Floor, Gurbaksh Plaza, Jagat Farm, Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201310, India.

Who may order
You must be 18 or older to place an order. If you are younger, a parent or guardian has to place it for you.
Please give us a name, address and phone number we can actually reach you on. A wrong number is the most common reason an order does not arrive.
Prices and availability
All prices are in Indian rupees and include applicable taxes. Delivery is charged separately unless the order qualifies for free delivery, and the amount is shown before you confirm.
We stock in small runs and often a single piece, so what is on the rail is what we have. If something sells out between your order and our packing it, we will tell you and refund that piece in full.
Prices can change, and a piece is not reserved until an order is placed. If a price is listed in error we will contact you before dispatching, and you can confirm the correct price or cancel.
Payment
Cash on delivery is available across our delivery area. Online payment by card, UPI or net banking is taken through a payment gateway; we never see or store your card details.
Dispatch and delivery
Orders are usually dispatched within 3 to 5 working days. Delivery time after that depends on the courier and your address.
Once a parcel is with the courier, its timing is out of our hands. We will help you chase it, but we cannot promise a date the courier has not given us.
Cancelling
You may cancel any order before it is dispatched and we will refund it in full. After dispatch, please treat it as a return.
We may cancel an order ourselves if the piece turns out to be unavailable, if the address cannot be delivered to, or if the order looks fraudulent. If we do, you get every rupee back.

Stitching and measurements
Sizes follow the Adaa Bazaar measurement standard shown on each piece. Garments are stitched with ease over the body measurement, and length follows your height rather than your size.
A piece stitched to measurements you supplied cannot be returned for fit, so please check the chart before ordering. If we have made it wrong against the measurements you gave, we will put it right.
Our words and pictures
The photographs, text and design on this site are ours. Please do not copy them for another shop without asking first.
Colours on a screen are never exact. We photograph in daylight and do not retouch a fabric's colour, but a shade can still read differently on your phone.
If something goes wrong
We are responsible for the pieces we sell you and for putting right anything we get wrong. We are not responsible for indirect losses — a delayed parcel that made you miss an occasion, for instance — beyond refunding what you paid us.
Nothing here takes away rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
Where disputes are heard
These terms are governed by Indian law, and the courts of Gautam Buddh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh have jurisdiction.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version on this page at the time you order is the one that applies to your order.
